We have downsized our mare herd a bit and chose to keep mares who
have either been a proven cross with our stallions or possess the
attributes we feel will best cross with our stallions, or both. Our mares
range in size from 14.2 to 15.2 hands and weigh from 1000# to 1400#.
Our mares carry pedigrees including King, Leo, Sugar Bars, Sonitas Bo
San, Driftwood, Doc Bar, Gooseberry, Roan Bar and Two Eyed Fox to
name a few. We feel pedigree is important but disposition and
conformation are more so, and our mares possess both.

In that our goal is to ride what we raise, we have mares in our herd who
have produced fantastic individuals that we have ridden and sold to very
satisfied customers. In addition, most of our mares have been ridden at
some stage of life, or we have ridden their siblings, and have confidence
in their dispositions and abilities so we aren't afraid to make more. We
are excited to see the future offspring of our mares and stallions and
really feel we are on the right track.
